Translations are available in all major languages, and provided by only native target language speakers, not computer translations. Memory tools are only used to facilitate the management of our linguist's translated words and phrases.- Languages R Us linguists are not only fluent in the target languages they are translating but also have extensive expertise in the legal, medical, financial, technical, and business fields. The combination of fluency in the target language and the experience in these fields ensures that legal phrases, medical phrases, technical expressions, industry terminology, and national standards will be accurately reproduced. The goal of our translations is to reproduce a document that would seem to a native speaker and reader as if the document was originally written in the target language.

The LRU translation team consists of in-house translation specialists along with freelance translators to build a customized team of linguists experienced not only in the target language but the specific fields of the client's project to ensure the most accurate translations. Languages R Us works closely with clients to ensure that the translation is done in accordance with the client's preferred terminology to guarantee that the final product has the correct industry terminology and communicates the original content from the source. All Legal documents, if requested, are completed with a Certificate of Accuracy and notarized. The federal government, foreign governments, consulates, state, and municipal governments all approve LRU translations; all LRU documents can be certified for acceptance by any court or government agency in the United States and abroad.

All LRU translation documents pass through the following quality control process:

Project Manager- The project manager is responsible for being the liaison between the client and translators. He/she oversees all phases of the translation process from start to finish.
Translator: LRU translator who is an expert in both the target and source language translates the document.
Editor: A second translator proofreads the text to identify errors, inconsistencies, incorrect grammar and punctuation, inappropriate style, comprehension, and conformation within the source text. This phase of the project may require several corrections to conform to the source text depending on the complexity of the document.
Project Manager: Evaluates the finished product for completeness including layout, figures, seals, and formatting the document as per the client's specifications. The final translation will be given a certificate of accuracy and notarize if required.

The pricing for a small translation projects, such as a birth certificates, diplomas, transcripts, divorce decrees, or brochures can be done at a flat fee rate or a per page basis; however, a price per word method is a much more reliable and predictable way to ensure an accurate price. The per-word pricing for a translated text includes the translation, editing and proofreading (TEP) by separate qualified linguists

Time schedules must be discussed prior to quoting the cost of translation projects. A translation project that needs to be delivered in an expedited time frame may carry up to a 50% charge above regular rates. The complexity of documents such as technical documents, medical texts, complex legal contracts, and pharmaceutical related documents will be priced at a higher price per word than non-complex documents. The language pairs of the source and target languages will also be considered when calculating the price of a translation project
